Maintenance
1. The surface of the high efficiency air filter black, accommodate more dust, resistance increases, that is, remove the non-woven fabric in the high efficiency air filter for cleaning, or replace.
2. Check the nozzle wind speed regularly (usually 1-2 times a year). If it does not meet the requirements of technical parameters, the high efficiency air filter should be replaced.

4. Replace the high efficiency air filter, must remove the nozzle flexible plate, take out the high efficiency air filter, replace the new high efficiency air filter, should pay attention to the high efficiency air filter on the arrow sign, arrow pointing to the direction of the air flow.
5. After the replacement of the new high efficiency air filter, it must be confirmed that there is no leakage between the filter and the sealing material as well as the framework supporting the filter.
6. Check the electrical circuit regularly.
Production method
The actual practice of high temperature resistant high efficiency air filter is assembled by glass fiber or ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper, aluminum foil partition, stainless steel outer frame and special high temperature resistant sealant.
